libcal3d-dev software package provides virtual package provided by libcal3d12-dev, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcal3d-dev
libcal3d-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcal3d-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcal3d-dev*
You will get with libcal3d-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
