libcairomm-1.0-1 software package provides C++ wrappers for Cairo (shared libraries), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcairomm-1.0-1
libcairomm-1.0-1 is installed in your system.
