libc6.1-pic software package provides Embedded GNU C Library: PIC archive library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libc6.1-pic
libc6.1-pic is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libc6.1-pic package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libc6.1-pic *
You will get with libc6.1-pic package name, version, architecture and description in a table
