libc0.1-udeb software package provides Embedded GNU C Library: Shared libraries - udeb, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libc0.1-udeb
libc0.1-udeb is installed in your system.
