libbotan1.10-dev software package provides multiplatform crypto library (development), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbotan1.10-dev
libbotan1.10-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbotan1.10-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbotan1.10-dev *
You will get with libbotan1.10-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
