libavutil-extra-51 software package provides Libav utility library (transitional package), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libavutil-extra-51
libavutil-extra-51 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libavutil-extra-51 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libavutil-extra-51 *
You will get with libavutil-extra-51 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
