$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libavifile-0.7-bin 

libavifile-0.7-bin is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libavifile-0.7-bin package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libavifile-0.7-bin *

You will get with libavifile-0.7-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
