libaubio-dev software package provides a library for audio segmentation, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libaubio-dev
libaubio-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libaubio-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libaubio-dev *
You will get with libaubio-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
