libattica-dev software package provides development files for libattica, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libattica-dev
libattica-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libattica-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libattica-dev *
You will get with libattica-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
