libapm-dev software package provides Library for interacting with APM driver in kernel, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapm-dev
libapm-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapm-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapm-dev *
You will get with libapm-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
