libapache-db-perl software package provides module for running the interactive Perl debugger under mod_perl, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache-db-perl
libapache-db-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapache-db-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapache-db-perl *
You will get with libapache-db-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
