libalure-dev software package provides AL Utilities REtooled (development files), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libalure-dev
libalure-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libalure-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libalure-dev *
You will get with libalure-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
