libaltlinuxhyph-dev software package provides virtual package provided by libhyphen-dev, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libaltlinuxhyph-dev
libaltlinuxhyph-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libaltlinuxhyph-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libaltlinuxhyph-dev*
You will get with libaltlinuxhyph-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
