libalsaplayer-dev software package provides PCM player designed for ALSA (interface library, development files), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libalsaplayer-dev
libalsaplayer-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libalsaplayer-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libalsaplayer-dev *
You will get with libalsaplayer-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
