libagrep-ocaml software package provides Wu-Manber algorithm for string searching with errors, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libagrep-ocaml
libagrep-ocaml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libagrep-ocaml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libagrep-ocaml *
You will get with libagrep-ocaml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
