libacsccid1 software package provides PC/SC driver for ACS USB CCID smart card readers, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libacsccid1
libacsccid1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libacsccid1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libacsccid1 *
You will get with libacsccid1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
