libaacs-dev software package provides free-and-libre implementation of AACS (development files), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libaacs-dev
libaacs-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libaacs-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libaacs-dev *
You will get with libaacs-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
