liba52-dev software package provides virtual package provided by liba52-0.7.4-dev, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liba52-dev
liba52-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liba52-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liba52-dev*
You will get with liba52-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
