lib64readline6 software package provides GNU readline and history libraries, run-time libraries (64-bit), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib64readline6
lib64readline6 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lib64readline6 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lib64readline6 *
You will get with lib64readline6 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
