lcl-gtk software package provides virtual package provided by lcl-gtk2-0.9.30.4, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lcl-gtk
lcl-gtk is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lcl-gtk package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lcl-gtk*
You will get with lcl-gtk package name, version, architecture and description in a table
