lazarus-ide software package provides IDE for Free Pascal - common IDE files dependency package, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lazarus-ide
lazarus-ide is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lazarus-ide package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lazarus-ide *
You will get with lazarus-ide package name, version, architecture and description in a table
