kwave-dbg software package provides sound editor for KDE - debug symbols, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kwave-dbg
kwave-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kwave-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kwave-dbg *
You will get with kwave-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
