kvpnc-dbg software package provides vpn clients frontend for KDE4 - debugging symbols, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kvpnc-dbg
kvpnc-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kvpnc-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kvpnc-dbg *
You will get with kvpnc-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
