konwert-filters software package provides Filters used by konwert for charset conversion, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install konwert-filters
konwert-filters is installed in your system.
Make ensure the konwert-filters package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep konwert-filters *
You will get with konwert-filters package name, version, architecture and description in a table
