How to uninstall or remove kfreebsd-image-9.0-2-amd64 software package from Debian 7 (Wheezy)

You can uninstall or removes an installed kfreebsd-image-9.0-2-amd64 package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove kfreebsd-image-9.0-2-amd64 

Uninstall kfreebsd-image-9.0-2-amd64 including dependent package

If you would like to remove kfreebsd-image-9.0-2-amd64 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

Use Purging kfreebsd-image-9.0-2-amd64
