How to Install kernel-installer software package in Debian 7 (Wheezy)

kernel-installer software package provides virtual package provided by live-installer, bootstrap-base, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install kernel-installer

kernel-installer is installed in your system.

Make ensure the kernel-installer package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kernel-installer*

You will get with kernel-installer package name, version, architecture and description in a table
