kdebase-runtime-dbg software package provides transitional package for kde-runtime-dbg, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kdebase-runtime-dbg
kdebase-runtime-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kdebase-runtime-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kdebase-runtime-dbg *
You will get with kdebase-runtime-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
