kde-telepathy-contact-list software package provides Telepathy contact list for the KDE Plasma Desktop, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-telepathy-contact-list
kde-telepathy-contact-list is installed in your system.
