iceweasel-l10n-ca software package provides Catalan language package for Iceweasel - Transitional package, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install iceweasel-l10n-ca
iceweasel-l10n-ca is installed in your system.
Make ensure the iceweasel-l10n-ca package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep iceweasel-l10n-ca *
