ice-translators software package provides virtual package provided by ice34-translators, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ice-translators
ice-translators is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ice-translators package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ice-translators*
You will get with ice-translators package name, version, architecture and description in a table
