ibus-xkbc software package provides keyboard layout emulation engine for IBus, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ibus-xkbc
ibus-xkbc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ibus-xkbc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ibus-xkbc *
You will get with ibus-xkbc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
