httpd-cgi software package provides virtual package provided by apache2-mpm-worker, boa, apache2-mpm-itk, apache2-mpm-event, ocsigenserver, tntnet, bozohttpd, apache2-mpm-prefork, lighttpd, aolserver4-core, ocsigen, mini-httpd, aolserver4-daemon, yaws, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install httpd-cgi

httpd-cgi is installed in your system.

Make ensure the httpd-cgi package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep httpd-cgi*

You will get with httpd-cgi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
