hamlib4-perl software package provides virtual package provided by libhamlib2-perl, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hamlib4-perl
hamlib4-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hamlib4-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hamlib4-perl*
You will get with hamlib4-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
