haddock-interface-19 software package provides virtual package provided by ghc-haddock, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install haddock-interface-19
haddock-interface-19 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the haddock-interface-19 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep haddock-interface-19*
You will get with haddock-interface-19 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
