gthumb2 software package provides virtual package provided by gthumb, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gthumb2
gthumb2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gthumb2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gthumb2*
You will get with gthumb2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
