gnome-dvb-daemon software package provides daemon to setup your DVB devices, record and watch TV shows and browse EPG, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnome-dvb-daemon
gnome-dvb-daemon is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnome-dvb-daemon package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnome-dvb-daemon *
You will get with gnome-dvb-daemon package name, version, architecture and description in a table
