globus-ftp-client-dbg software package provides Globus Toolkit - GridFTP Client Library Debug Symbols, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install globus-ftp-client-dbg
globus-ftp-client-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the globus-ftp-client-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep globus-ftp-client-dbg *
You will get with globus-ftp-client-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
