You can uninstall or removes an installed glassfish-toplink-essentials package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove glassfish-toplink-essentials 

Uninstall glassfish-toplink-essentials including dependent package

If you would like to remove glassfish-toplink-essentials and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove glassfish-toplink-essentials 
Use Purging glassfish-toplink-essentials

If you use with purge options to glassfish-toplink-essentials package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge glassfish-toplink-essentials 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.
