gir1.2-gucharmap-2.90 software package provides GObject introspection data for the Unicode browser widget library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gir1.2-gucharmap-2.90
gir1.2-gucharmap-2.90 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gir1.2-gucharmap-2.90 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gir1.2-gucharmap-2.90 *
