gimp-help software package provides virtual package provided by gimp-help-sv, gimp-help-nn, gimp-help-ko, gimp-help-de, gimp-help-es, gimp-help-pl, gimp-help-fr, gimp-help-en, gimp-help-nl, gimp-help-it, gimp-help-ru, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gimp-help
gimp-help is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gimp-help package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gimp-help*
You will get with gimp-help package name, version, architecture and description in a table
