gifti-bin software package provides tools shipped with the GIFTI library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gifti-bin
gifti-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gifti-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gifti-bin *
You will get with gifti-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
