You can uninstall or removes an installed geany-plugin-spellcheck package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,

Uninstall geany-plugin-spellcheck including dependent package

If you would like to remove geany-plugin-spellcheck and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove geany-plugin-spellcheck 
Use Purging geany-plugin-spellcheck

If you use with purge options to geany-plugin-spellcheck package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.
