gdb-multiarch software package provides The GNU Debugger (with support for multiple architectures), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gdb-multiarch
gdb-multiarch is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gdb-multiarch package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gdb-multiarch *
You will get with gdb-multiarch package name, version, architecture and description in a table
