How to uninstall or remove gcj-4.7-jdk software package from Debian 7 (Wheezy)

You can uninstall or removes an installed gcj-4.7-jdk package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove gcj-4.7-jdk 

Uninstall gcj-4.7-jdk including dependent package

If you would like to remove gcj-4.7-jdk and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove gcj-4.7-jdk 
Use Purging gcj-4.7-jdk

If you use with purge options to gcj-4.7-jdk package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge gcj-4.7-jdk 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove gcj-4.7-jdk
