fwbuilder-frontend software package provides virtual package provided by fwbuilder, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fwbuilder-frontend
fwbuilder-frontend is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fwbuilder-frontend package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fwbuilder-frontend*
You will get with fwbuilder-frontend package name, version, architecture and description in a table
