fsl-4.1 software package provides analysis tools for FMRI, MRI and DTI brain imaging, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fsl-4.1
fsl-4.1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fsl-4.1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fsl-4.1 *
You will get with fsl-4.1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
