freetds-dev software package provides MS SQL and Sybase client library (static libs and headers), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install freetds-dev
freetds-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the freetds-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep freetds-dev *
You will get with freetds-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
