fonts-moe-standard-kai software package provides Chinese TrueType font, standard Kaiti (non-free), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-moe-standard-kai
fonts-moe-standard-kai is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-moe-standard-kai package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-moe-standard-kai *
You will get with fonts-moe-standard-kai package name, version, architecture and description in a table
