firmware-ivtv software package provides Binary firmware for iTVC15-family MPEG codecs (ivtv and pvrusb2 drivers), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install firmware-ivtv
firmware-ivtv is installed in your system.
Make ensure the firmware-ivtv package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep firmware-ivtv *
You will get with firmware-ivtv package name, version, architecture and description in a table
