You can uninstall or removes an installed firewire-core-modules-3.2.0-4- package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,

Uninstall firewire-core-modules-3.2.0-4- including dependent package

If you would like to remove firewire-core-modules-3.2.0-4- and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

Use Purging firewire-core-modules-3.2.0-4-
